Since joining Triveni over six years ago, my journey has been one of growth and exploration. I started as a Manager in Finance & Taxation, overseeing Direct Taxation for both the listed companies and the promoter group. While my extensive tax experience provided a strong foundation, I was also given the opportunity to broaden my perspective through Forex Risk Management. This additional responsibility has significantly advanced my professional development by expanding my finance role beyond taxation into a diversified field.

At Triveni, I manage various responsibilities daily, including Direct Taxation and Forex Risk Management. In taxation, I handle tax compliance, address notices, and ensure effective interaction with the income tax department. On the Forex side, I assess risks, implement mitigation strategies, and collaborate with banks and financial institutions. The dynamic nature of these roles introduces new challenges daily, offering opportunities for multitasking and enhancing my prioritization skills.

One of my most rewarding projects was transitioning provident fund management from an in-house trust to the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). This required navigating complex Government regulations and resulted in a positive impact on both employee finances and the Company operations.

Triveni's collaborative environment and focus on innovation have been instrumental in my growth. The organisation promotes continuous learning and development, fostering personal and professional evolution. I am grateful for the opportunities I have received and remain eager to contribute further to our collective success.
