In 2003, I embarked on a new chapter in my career by joining a company with a bold vision and unwavering values. My mission was to launch the Branded Division, including the Shagun sugar range and other products. What drew me in was not just the ambitious growth plans or the commitment to sustainability, but the people - colleagues who had been with the organization for decades, exuding pride and dedication.

The company's inclusive and collaborative culture resonated deeply with me. Here, every voice mattered, and the shared sense of purpose created a workplace where I felt valued and inspired from day one. Little did I know that this journey would span over two decades, filled with growth, challenges, and countless rewarding experiences.

One of the most memorable moments that shaped my journey happened in 2007. I was tasked with launching a new product range, a project that was both exhilarating and daunting. As we neared the launch, a critical issue threatened to derail our plans. The problem required long hours and a level of teamwork that went beyond the ordinary.

What unfolded next was nothing short of extraordinary. Colleagues from various departments, even those not directly involved in the project, rallied together to offer their expertise and support. It was a powerful demonstration of team cohesion and ownership. This experience not only reinforced my confidence in taking on new challenges but also highlighted the incredible support system that defines our workplace.

A pivotal moment in this evolution was in 2012, when we launched the Private Label vertical, manufacturing branded sugar for retail giants across the country.

Leading this initiative was a complex and exhilarating endeavor. It required cross-functional collaboration, meticulous planning, and a relentless drive for excellence. Seeing industry leaders acknowledge and rely on us was a milestone that underscored our capacity for innovation and adaptability.
