A Career Milestone
One of the most defining moments in my career was in 2006 when I introduced a smart weighing system. Getting skeptical growers on board wasn't easy, but after a successful live demonstration, their acceptance was gratifying. This experience taught me the power of persistence and how impactful technology can be when introduced effectively.

As the company ventured into new industries, I played a key role in building IT infrastructure, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance. My ability to bridge IT with business has been crucial in supporting the company's growth and enhancing operational efficiency. Mentoring emerging talent and promoting a culture of innovation have been highlights of my contributions.
Transforming Challenges into Success
One of the most challenging phases was implementing SAP in our sugar plants. Convincing a tech-resistant workforce to embrace this change required a nuanced approach. By providing comprehensive training and continuous support, we successfully transformed operations, proving that patience, empathy, and clear communication can overcome any obstacle.
