Since joining Triveni in 2006, my journey has been one of growth and diverse challenges. I began as Finance Head at the Chandanpur Sugar unit, where I was committed to establishing a solid foundation for this green field project. Following a successful crushing season in 2007, I transitioned to the Khatauli Sugar unit, managing core financial operations and overseeing the Alco Distillery, which broadened my exposure across the business.
In 2009, I embraced the role of Process Owner for the SAP implementation project across Triveni Sugar business, managing the FICO and SD modules and contributing to other FI-related areas. This opportunity underscored our dedication to technological advancement and operational excellence.
A pivotal turning point in my career came in May 2011, when I became Finance Head at Triveni Water business. The countless challenges I faced here enhanced my skills in accounting, finance, indirect taxation, and administration.
In 2019, I was honoured to be promoted to CFO of the Water business. It is a role that not only confirmed management's confidence in me but also fuelled my drive to exceed expectations. I am deeply grateful to all my mentors and colleagues for their unwavering support throughout this journey.
